Halloween is right around the corner so let’s think about some TASER safety tips.  Avoid trick-or-treating alone.  Besides it’s more fun with a group of friends, right?  The obvious – look both ways before you cross the street & remember to cross at crosswalks.  Examine all treats for tampering, if it looks like it’s been opened already throw it out.  Never consume homemade treats, stick with the factory-wrapped sweets.  Never go inside a stranger’s house.   Avoid dimly lit streets.  Flashlights or reflective tape is also a good idea.  Make sure costumes are fire retardant.  If you’re wearing a mask ensure that the eye holes are large enough to allow for peripheral vision.

Parents don’t forget that batteries are not only important for your flashlights but also crucial for your TASER C2 or TASER X26C.  Make sure to safely check your battery indicators but always remove the cartridge first.
