We just received this from a TASER consumer:
“I wanted to share a story with you. It shows how well known your product is, around the country, at least.
“I was at an intersection in my car and the light turned green. I started up and the car stalled. I tried starting it but it didn’t start up right away.
“This guy behind me started repeatedly blowing his horn. He got out of his car and started towards me. I grabbed my C2 and got out of the car and armed the Taser and put the red dot on his chest and said, ‘Take one more step and you will be doing the Taser Twitch in the middle of this intersection.’ He took one look at the red dot on his chest and said, ‘Whoa, okay, man. I’m getting into my car.’ Had he come one more step closer I would have tased him.
“So, not only do you save yourself from using lethal force, but sometimes just the reputation of your product keeps you from having to use it.”
