“UK Police Kill 3 with TASER, Pepper Spray.”  This is an over-the-top misleading & inaccurate headline & story.  Not only does the headline say police kill people with TASER ECDs, the story goes on to say a man was, “TASERed to death.”  It’s already been determined that one man died of self- inflicted stab wounds yet this headline & story incorrectly implies that the TASER ECD killed him.  Really?
